To reach the lake Lachua, Coban should reach approximately 220 kms from the capital city, then about 100 kms to Chisec and finally another 90 kms to reach our destination.

These last 90 miles are not asphalt, but the road is accessible even to pick up a non-wheel drive.

Upon arrival, there is private parking where you can leave the car, charge per day or all night if you want to camp at the lagoon.

To reach the lake you have to walk about 4 kms from the entrance, although the weather is warm, it's nice to walk down the path because there are many trees covering the visitors with his shadow.

Although the path is relatively flat it is important to carry enough water to stay hydrated in the heat.

After walking 2 km, is the first viewpoint, which impresses the power to see through the jungle across the lake, here you can take a rest and see the stillness and the sound of the jungle.

Two miles later you reach the camp where you can camp, eat, swim and also has all the basic services, toilets, showers and dining.

Also on the site are rented tents and solar energy have to light at night, although it is important to carry a torch, food and sleeping bag.

If you want you can bring your own tent and put in place that you see fit.
