Trekking

This activity is hiking in nature, which may be of varying difficulty, from easy-family, to difficult, such competition.
Has gradually gained popularity as people learn to enjoy the details found in the natural field.
Not much is required to practice trekking, basically you need comfortable shoes, know the area and stay hydrated.
Obviously it is mandatory to have the appropriate behavior for walking in nature, and this is, no littering, no damage to shrubs or trees on the road and maintain a certain level of silence.
As we move into the roads, we will discover the local fauna such as birds, insects and of course the flora.

Gradually relaxing the senses and will be easier to enjoy the walk, while further developing our balance and strength to travel difficult sections.
The main objectives are to enjoy hiking and exploring nature as we relax.
I see it as a dose of the environment which sadly is becoming more difficult to obtain in a reality of growing labor and technology. It is certainly easy to break away from nature in times like these, when few people are willing to disconnect from the tv and computers to walk among the trees with the phone off.
Guatemala has excellent places for trekking, one of my favorites, Palencia, for its pleasant climate, rich flora and fauna interesting because it is easy to find a great diversity of birds as we head into the trails. It is also a place near the city, so moving does not require much time and is both a safe destination.
