A destination with Seven Altars

The name Seven Altars comes from seven wells quiet and clean waters that make this place.
Actually there are more pools but seven are distinguished by their size and beauty.
It is a protected area that has natural richness varied between flora and fauna of the region.
You can find crabs, butterflies, fish and exotic wildlife at the site. Hunting is strictly forbidden and persecuted, you can still get lucky and see these fish in their natural habitat.
Getting not a problem for a tour of a few minutes by boat from Livingston enough.
From the Capital City
To get there, you take the road that takes you directly to Puerto Barrios. After several hours away, right there you can take a boat will transfer you to Livingston, a good stopover for the night, or a good group can get a boat that takes you directly from Puerto Barrios. This journey will be long but worth it.
If you visit Seven Altars, I recommend you do not miss Playa Blanca (use the site's search engine to locate the note.) The beauty of the places cernanos is really something that should not be overlooked.
Once in Seven Altars, will charge a small fee that is used for maintenance and conservation.
What can you expect?
You can expect a preserved natural environment, you can expect a lot and will not be disappointed. We recommend you visit this destination in the winter especially after a couple of rains, as the growing affluent water pools will be at its peak and enjoy the sound of running water and quiet small rock falls.
Always find peace in this place. Access is low difficulty and poses no problem. Arrive within minutes from the beach.
Bring water shoes or flip-flops "to walk more freely between the wet rock or dive in the pools without problems.
Some trees in the road along the way toward the final pool will be the only obstacles.
In the place you will not find restaurants or stores, has enough food and water if you think having a good time, you probably you should consume foods in the entry for the administrators have a special care of the place.
Boat Prices
Prices are not high, you can travel from Livingston Group paid about $ 4 per person, round trip to Seven Altars.
Indeed the final cost will depend on the number of people traveling for boaters seeking to cover the cost of gasoline.
If a large group, include the expected return, otherwise, a couple, for example, will have to cover a higher cost.
I recommend that if you go to Seven Altars, programes Cocolí stops in Rio and Playa Blanca.
